    Product introduction

    Vibration feeder is a new type of feeding equipment independently developed and designed by our company based on years of experience in mine industry design, production, sales and service, combined with the development of modern industrial science and technology, and widely absorbing foreign technology. It can provide continuous and uniform feeding operation environment for the next process, and can screen the materials according to the needs. It is used in the crushing and screening combined equipment operation in metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries. It is a new product updated in the domestic feeder market, and an essential high-efficiency and energy-saving new equipment in the crushing and screening production line.
     Vibrating feeder
    According to the structure, the vibrating feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and grate bar structure. The feeder with steel plate structure is mostly used in the aggregate production line to send all materials to the crushing equipment evenly; the vibrating feeder with grate structure can coarse screen the materials, making the system more economical and reasonable in preparation.

    Large feeding capacity and high efficiency

    4-pole motor is used to increase the speed of eccentric shaft; the castor bar adopts two-stage ladder structure with inclination angle installed at the bottom, which greatly improves the feeding capacity and working efficiency.

    Enhanced bearing body design, high reliability

    16Mn steel plate is used for the side plate and back support plate of the main load-bearing part of the feeding box; NM360 steel plate with high yield strength is used for the bottom guard plate and side guard plate, so as to improve the tank body wear and reduce the maintenance amount; the castor bar is cast by ZGMn13-4, which has stronger structural bearing capacity and longer service life.

    Stable operation and convenient maintenance

    The structure is simple and compact, the volume is small, and the weight is light. The motor chassis is fixed on the foundation and does not participate in vibration, which increases the reliability of equipment operation.

    Using Y series motor and frequency conversion controller, it is easy to adjust and speed up.

    working principle

    The vibration feeder adopts inertia double eccentric shaft exciter, which can produce directional excitation force. A pair of gear pairs with transmission ratio of 1 are connected between the two shafts to ensure that the rotation direction is opposite and the speed is equal. Driven by the motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate. Because the eccentric mass and eccentricity of the two shafts are equal, the inertia forces generated by them cancel each other in one direction and superimpose each other in the other direction. The resultant directional excitation force makes the feeding tank body rigidly connected with the exciter to make forced vibration on the support spring. Under the action of vibration force, the material is on the material trough Sliding and throwing movement, so that the material forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the material passes through the castor bar on the tank, the smaller material falls through the gap between the castor bars, and directly enters the next crushing process without crushing, so as to achieve the pre screening effect and fully guarantee the crushing efficiency and capacity of the crushing equipment.
